Subject Scarlett Storm presents for initial clinical evaluation with significant internal stress accumulation requiring intensive nervous system decompression. The objective of this protocol is to induce parasympathetic nervous system dominance through controlled, intense tactile overstimulation of the plantar surfaces, thereby causing a systemic release of accumulated neuromuscular tension. Pre- and post-treatment stress assessments will quantify the efficacy of this methodology.

II. SUBJECT PREPARATION AND IMMOBILIZATION PROTOCOL

Subject is secured in the FettishLabs Tickle Therapy Device (TTD) according to the following specifications to ensure maximal accessibility and minimize defensive movement:

Lower Extremity Restraint:

Subject’s legs are belted at four distinct points: proximal thigh (above knee), distal thigh (below knee), mid-shin, and upper thigh. This quad-point fixation eliminates rotational capacity and leg withdrawal reflexes. Ankles are encased in padded wooden stocks, restricting all but small toe articulation. Toes are individually bound back to the stocks in full extension, maintaining the plantar surface in a state of hyper-flexed vulnerability and preventing toe curling as a defensive mechanism.

Upper Extremity Restraint:

Subject’s upper body is immobilized via a heavy straitjacket with arms crossed and secured posteriorly. Additional belting at the waist and shoulders anchors the torso to the therapy chair, ensuring that only respiratory muscles and vocal cords retain mobility. This configuration prevents self-soothing gestures and maintains continuous exposure of the treatment area.
