Abstract

This paper presents a controlled, single-specimen study designed to quantify the stress decompression effects of the Fettishlabs Tickle Therapy Device (Model X-9). The test subject, a female volunteer designated M.H. (colloquially "Mia Hope"), presented with self-reported elevated internal stress indices and a documented history of high neural reactivity, making her an ideal candidate for extended-duration podiatric hyperstimulation therapy. The subject was secured within the therapy apparatus using a multi-point restraint system, including lower-limb belting, ankle stocks, toe-tethering, and upper-body straitjacket immobilization, to ensure complete stimulus isolation. Pre- and post-treatment stress biomarkers were measured. The primary objective was to determine whether methodical, high-intensity tickling of the bare feet, augmented by percussive impact to amplify dermal sensitivity, produces a statistically significant reduction in stress markers. The secondary objective was to refine the clinical protocol for a commercially viable stress-management service. Introduction
